Notification channels

Important updates need to arrive where your team actually looks so you can respond faster. Receive scan completions, new threats, runtime events, and more through whichever channel you prefer (email, Slack, or Discord), so nothing slips by even when you are not watching the screen.

Supported channels​

  • Email : branded card format + deep links.
  • Slack : rich cards sent via webhook URL.
  • Discord : rich cards sent via webhook URL.

Notification channel settings

Alert severity​

Alert severity is determined by the source.

  • Success/completion alerts are informational,
  • while failures, runtime threats, and new KEV threats are delivered at a higher severity.

What comes as an alert​

  • Scan completed/failed (with a result summary and deep link)
  • New threats that affect your assets (Security news)
  • Runtime security events (Runtime monitoring)

Clicking the link in an alert takes you straight to the relevant scan result or finding.
